Heritage Society

Donors make a difference by impacting the work and mission of Southwest Minnesota State University Foundation with their support.

Our Heritage Society recognizes and honors donors who have provided for Southwest Minnesota State University Foundation in their estate plans. We acknowledge the generous intentions of those who will have a lasting contribution and make a real difference for Southwest Minnesota State University Foundation.

Planned gift options include:

  • Bequest in your will benefitting our organization
  • Naming Southwest Minnesota State University Foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, IRA or other investment
  • Charitable Remainder Trust, Unitrust, or a Living Trust

Members of our society are listed in our collaterals (except where anonymity is requested) and presented with a signed certificate. We also extend invitations to events and programs.
